Prenatal and Postnatal Services

Kelly is passionate about fitness and equipping women with the tools to meet their goals . She became pregnant with her first and was considered of "Advanced maternal age". Although her providers were supportive of her continuing her exercises routine while pregnant, she received a lot of scrutiny from outsiders and came in contact with a fitness trainer who didn't know how to adapt exercises to her pregnant body. She was already certified as a pre/postnatal yoga teacher, so she decided to add pre and postnatal exercises specialist to the list so she could help others in a way she wasn't helped. She works to eliminate the stigma that society has about pregnant bodies exercising. She also thinks that it is paramount to receive more postpartum care than the standard one visit after baby . She strives to help postpartum bodies heal and thrive.

OT with therapeutic yoga & exercise can help improve balance, flexibility, strength and energy. It assists with reducing  pain, stress and anxiety. . Exercises and yoga during pregnancy has many benefits during the perinatal period for mama and baby.
