Service Description

Perinatal is the time when you become pregnant up until a year after. This practice is for all of that time in between! Prenatal Yoga is used to help mothers connect better with baby, stay healthy throughout pregnancy, remain flexible and strong helping her prepare for the challenges of labor & birth. Prenatal Yoga includes poses, deep breathing, relaxation and meditation that may be practiced through all trimesters. Postnatal Yoga is used to help mothers reconnect following birth and begin to help the body regain strength and flexibility. Both can use props to remain comfortable and are ALWAYS welcome and encouraged! All levels welcomed, especially beginners :)
